Marine stainless steel waveform expansion joints are mainly used as compensation devices for thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines in ship engine exhaust pipelines,cargo transportation pipelines in ship cabins,hot oil heating systems and SCR catalytic reduction destocking system.They can also be used in other similar working conditions and are the most superior elastic compensator components.
The nominal pressure is Pg-0.1MPa~4.0MPa,and the operating temperature is≤650℃
The flange connection dimensions of GB/T 12522,CB*613,CBM33,and CBM1033 comply with GB,ISO,and IS standards,respectively.
Due to high exhaust gas temperature,severe vibration,strong corrosion,from 2019,Wuxi Zhongce SCR pipeline system project research,is the first domestic SCR pipeline system localization design manufacturers.The company uses CAESARIl for thermal stress analysis of SCR pipelines and ANSYS for modal analysis of pipeline systems to obtain the first six vibration frequencies and evaluate the vibration of pipelines,expansion joints and supports.The system has been running stably and reliably since it was put into operation,and has won unanimous praise from users.
